Movingui Distemonanthus benthamianus
Movingui is a yellow to orangish brown and the color tends to darken with age. Movingui frequently exhibits figured grain patterns such as a ripple. The grain can vary from being straight to interlocked to wavy. The texture is fine and even, with a naturally high luster. Generally the wood is easy to work, and glues, stains, and finishes well.
Typical uses: veneer, cabinetry, flooring and furniture.
